The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals at the large dining table. The sleeping arrangements include all new beds across the house. The main floor features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a third bedroom with a trundle bed – each with ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable. There is also a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room. The upstairs area features a large bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as a bunk bed (two twins), along with a full bathroom and family sitting area (with TV). Outside offers a rear raised deck off the kitchen with an outdoor table and grill to allow for easy family meals, as well as seating for enjoying evening sunsets over the bay. Underneath the house is another great spot to hangout after the beach, complete with cushioned wicker furniture.
