Pay by Credit Card

To pay by Credit Card, you must follow the instructions below and pay inside your tenant portal. We can not accept payment by credit card in any other way. If you have not signed up for the tenant portal yet, click the button below and your agent will send you a link with instructions to sign up. All credit cards incur a credit card convenience fee of 3%. Credit cards are only accepted within 61 days to check-in. If you are less than 61 days to your check-in date, you must pay by either E-Check, Money Order or Personal Check. Those who’s check-in date is 14 days or less must pay by Certified Bank Check.

Instructions for making a Credit Card payment inside Tenant Portal.

1. Login to Tenant Portal.

2. Click “My Leases”. On the left menu.

3. Click “Payments” button.

4. Under the left column that is titled “Pay”, click the checkbox for all payments you wish to make. Depending on your device, this might say “Will Pay”. Make sure this is “checked” for each payment you wish to pay.

5. Click the “Credit Card” check box to choose to pay by credit card and not E-Check. Credit cards shall incur a 3% fee. E-Checks have no fee.

6. Enter your credit card details in the boxes required.

7. Click “Submit Payment”.
