Each TV is equipped with Amazon Firesticks for all your entertainment needs. Includes Pluto TV (Must bring your own streaming logins for Netflix, etc.). Home includes one cable TV and a DVD player as well. The kitchen includes stools to sit and all the appliances you shall need for your summer sabbatical, including a dishwasher. The 1st floor, in addition to the kitchen/dining/living areas, also includes a full bathroom and laundry room, and a cozy front den. Take in the salty breeze and distant views of the bay from the front porch or the upstairs SW bedroom.

The spacious, hardscaped rock yard features a BBQ grill for cookouts and numerous picnic tables with umbrellas to enjoy eating or hanging out in the shade. After a day of enjoying the beach, strolling the Lavallette boardwalk, or cooling off in the ocean, rinse off the sand in the enclosed private outdoor shower (which includes hot & cold water). With three off-street parking spots, you and your guests can easily come and go as you please.

There are some rules to follow. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Furry shipmates (Dogs only) are welcome with a $275 non-refundable pet fee. Don’t forget to walk your dog off the property for bathroom breaks and carry a handy bag with you to clean up after your furry friend.

A mandatory cleaning fee of $275 will ensure tip-top condition of the home upon your departure. Pillows, mattress pads, and blankets are provided, but you must bring your own linens and towels.
