Non-refundable Fees:
$50 – Lease Preparation fee;
$250 – Mandatory Cleaning Fee;
$79 – Accidental Damage Protection (ADP);
Total Fees: $379 (with no pet)

OR

Total Fees: $979 if bringing a pet (includes $600 non-refundable pet fee.)
Small trained Dogs are considered. Pet fee only applied if bringing an approved pet.

Includes bed pillows. All mattresses have protective covers. Includes blankets/bedspreads. Tenant brings own linens, and towels.
