Boat dock is 40 foot but there is a floating dock that takes up some space. Boats can not encroach or be docked at any neighboring dock for any reason at any time. Tenant must only use dock behind home. Can use floating dock as well. Max boat size is 28 foot.
No parking of trailers in driveways, on property or in street or anywhere or HOA will fine.
