Mandatory cleaning fee is $290 and provided at check-out. No pets. No smoking of any kind inside home or on premises. No access of any kind to waverunners or lift. No jumping or diving off pilings for safety reasons. Tenant MUST retract awning and umbrellas overnight and any time tenant leaves premises or if any storms come. Tenant will be held responsible for any damage if left open. Up stairs bedrooms directly across from bathroom will be locked and not for tenant use.

Tenant to pay $195/per week badge fee for 8 badges. Payment to be made with final rent payment at least 60 days prior to check-in. Badges are for Ocean Beach.

Boat trailers are not allowed on the property from June 15th – Sept. 15th. If you do, the association will fine the owner which the tenant will be responsible to pay the penalty imposed by the association. If you need to put your trailer somewhere during your stay, please contact Schlosser Real Estate for options to do so. May run $35-45/wk to store. No parking of trailers in driveways, on the property or in street, or anywhere.

Please do not empty any inflatable pools into rocks/pavers; the owner will provide a pump to empty the water into the lagoon.
