Very spacious, bright, and airy home features 2 levels plus a bonus ground level that has access to an elevator. Tenants must notify Schlosser Real Estate at time of booking if use of the elevator is needed (see lease addendum); the elevator will be locked otherwise. If tenant chooses to use Elevator, they must pay the $1500 refundable security deposit.

There is a bonus room with AC, Smart TV, couch, counter/sink, and fabulous game room complete with a ping pong table and basketball games, with access to the rear yard! The private fenced-in rear yard has outdoor tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, and a rinse station. Large metal beach wagon supplied.
