Lavallette is a small beach community bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Barnegat Bay. The ocean beaches allow for activities such as swimming, surfing, skim boarding, boogie boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, building sandcastles, flying kites and more. The Lavallette boardwalk is approximately 1 mile long and is fantastic for afternoon strolls or early morning bike rides. Bay side activities include tennis and basketball courts, fishing, crabbing, swimming and playgrounds. Everything under the sun. This is a Down unit.

Rules/Disclaimer:
No pets. No smoking or vaping inside dwelling, on decks or premises. No group rentals. 6 people strictly enforced. 1 car parking on side of the house. The driveway is shared. Please do not block the driveway. No pools permitted on deck. Storage and outdoor shower on the property are limited and intended for the exclusive use of tenant. No charging of electric vehicles.

The mandatory cleaning fee is $175 and cleaning is provided at check-out.

Includes pillows, mattress protectors, and blankets/bedspreads. Tenant brings own LINENS and TOWELS and takes with them upon expiration of the lease.
