Enter through the cozy sunroom with a woodplank ceiling and plenty of seating. Travel through the long dining area with beautiful wood floors and a large dining table. Once through the dining area go left to view the two 1st floor bedrooms and full bath with a marvelously tiled tubbed shower.

Return to the dining but now go left and pass through the stunning kitchen with Stainless appliances including the large French door Refrigerator with water/ice maker and bottom freezer, double oven stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig. Plenty of cabinet space available as well as four bar stools conveniently located near the living area, with a direct line of sight to the large flat screen TV.

The living area features a large L-shaped couch with additional cushioned seating, as well as an abundance of natural light that shines through the many windows. Escape through the rear door to the private back yard with numerous outdoor tables and chairs, BBQ grill, and an outdoor bar.

After re-entering the home, traverse the runner-style carpeted stairs, expressing functionality, safety, and aesthetics. You’ll first land in the Family Area, tastefully decorated with a large flat screen TV.

On the north end of the home are two Bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. They share a full Bathroom with an impressive tiled shower and a washer/dryer.

On the opposite side of the second level is the breathtaking Primary Bedroom with its vaulted ceilings, moldings and sundrenched atmosphere. Enjoy restful nights on the King bed, while enjoying the ocean breeze on the balcony. This en-suite features a dual-sink primary bath and shower. Also features a large master closet.

When returning from the beach, utilize the private enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower to rinse off.

Includes mattress pads or covers, pillows, blankets/bedspreads, linens, and bath towels. A luxury setup indeed!
