Can park 1 car in garage and 2 on side of house in tandem (May fit a 3rd on side depending on size). No parking is permitted in the street or in front of the home. Do not park in front of house with part of the car sticking out on the street. This is prohibited.
Pets are considered with a $250 non-refundable fee. No smoking.
