The house is comfortably appointed from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Two dedicated workstations on the 2nd and third floors. Bottled spring water is dispensed at the kitchen sink. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Room for an up to 23′ boat and 2 empty jet ski ramps. Water toys etc. Cornhole game and assorted-size life jackets with beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in the large renter’s dock box on the right side of the house. The fire pit and Weber grill are both supplied with natural gas so no need to switch out tanks. The third-floor sun deck has a pergola with adjustable louvers. Beverage fridge in the DR. Retractable awning over the main deck. Outside TV, 2-person swing, picnic table, and additional seating under the house. All bedding and comforters are washable.

New 1/2 bath and additional room on the 3rd floor with a common area that is across from the rooftop deck with adjacent kitchenette and a great view of the bay with a fireplace and sofa and 2 recliners which can be used as a 5th sleeping area. The 3rd floor room has a table, smart TV, desk with keyboard and display.

The rooftop deck has a gorgeous pergola with movable slats to adjust for sun exposure, table, chairs, and lounges.

Second-floor family room has a desk with a keyboard and display and a color printer/scanner. There is a queen-size blow-up mattress that can be used wherever needed.

Includes Bed Spreads and Cleaning Supplies. The bunkbed is 1 queen and 1 single. There are steps to enter home.
